I needed a way to jump start my training program with an experienced trainer. I met Rachel within my first week of moving to Seattle. Not only did I find her morning bootcamps useful the 1:1 sessions were essential!
On my birthday I passed the pre-training test and made it to just below the summit before a storm threatened and trip leaders turned us around. I felt confident and strong thanks to Rachel’s training, guidance and dedication to helping me stick to my goals. Attempt #2 is August 2020!
