Rachel’s strength + stamina classes are so much fun! The workouts are always different so it’s not repetitive or boring. I love that I can bring my toddler and he gets to have a play date while I exercise.
Rachel motivates me to get up early with her ever-changing, challenging workouts! What a joy to be outside in Volunteer Park looking at the Space Needle, watching the sunrise while doing burpees 🙂
Our company hired Unstill Life Fitness to run some fitness classes for our employees. Rachel was such a blast! Every session was unique and creative all while pushing us hard.
Rachel is a combination of sports psychologist, cheerleader, trainer, kinesiologist, and social director.
